I will start working out tonight with phase 1 of P90X. I will continue with it til I have accomplished my goal and am physically fit to run a 5 – mile race if need be. Being physically fit will benefit anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle and other things that go along with being a very healthy person.

he actually has a book coming out on Jan. 1st 2011. I’ve started studying for my trainers cert. and by doing that I’ve really learned a lot. I’m sure there’s some great books out there. I’ve found that just by being around Tony and others that it’s not rocket science, it’s just pushing yourself and finding new ways to do the same things and create new approaches to the same muscle you’re targeting or to your cardio workouts.

Let me tell you something p90x is the best thing i have ever done for myself it blew me away the first week i tried it im going on week 3 tomorrow i have already lost 4 pounds and 2 inches of my waist in two fricken weeks!! i finally made the decison to get in shape and im glad i chose this. my fave is kenpo x. Bring it!!!!
